I am having a travels company, I purchased vehicles in the month of November 2020, for my business and I have an itc of around 200000, can I claim ITC as I am making exempt supplies since April 2020, but exempt supplies pertains to my travel business

Yes you can claim ITC

Ur outward supply is exempt supply then u can't claim itc it would be cost

Yes yes for exempt supplies you cannot avail ITC
