Hi Swaathy,
First of all relax, your exams are on June 2011, You have lot of time to prepare. Just try to study regulary.
Coming to guidelines, You can buy the guidelines from the Institute at a nominal fees. I dont think any of the members would be having a scanned copy of the guide lines
