no special procedure, get form 108 & 109 (if it is related to transfer) and fill it up both by you and your principle (CA), and submit the same in CA institute.
Not a tough procedure at all... just u have to get signed form no 109 from ur principal, and get re-registered with form 103 and 102....
Simply fill form no 108 and 109
u need 108 and 109
can U plz tell me abt new termination rules .????????
