hi, I have cleared my PE II in nov 2007. when will i get my final attempt after 2 years or 2.5 years?

whether it will be as per old syllabus or new?

please solve my query.

u can attempt final after 2 1/2 years of artilces, i.e. may 2010...... Best of luck......
