Refer Section 26 of the said Act.
If there is delay of delivery due to fault of seller or buyer, the goods shall at the risk of the party in default,as regards loss which might not have arises but for the default.
The duties and liabilities of the seller and buyer as bailee of goods for the other party remain unaffected even when the risk has passed generally.
