Hi,

I joined the company in July and as financial year is from APRIL to MAY so will I have to pay Profeesioanl Tax for the 3 months also, in which i was unemployed?

Is Professonal Tax taken on yearly basis and it doesn't matter whenever you join the company or get emplyed within year, you will be charged the total amount .?
