I have filed form 23AC,23ACA but i could not make payment before the due date.Now the challan has expired .
My quory is that now how i again make payment.
if the payment can not be made
then how to file the form ?

Just file again... Those filing would not taken on record....

U need to upload the form again, new challan will generate and pay accordingly...
