I can do Account Entries, & I know little bit about Advance Accounting.-but I can't do Finalization?  so suggest me some refferences or books to learn all this stuff.

It depends on where you do accounties entries. if you are using a software then you don't need for finalisation.

but for accounting finalisation you can go through differents books available in market.

you can refer book written by Hanif and mukherjee for accounts
