I want to become a sub-broker of a respectable stock broker and want to run the business as a sole proprietor. While registering for sole proprietorship online through ACES and filing ST-1 I am facing problem as to where my firm's name is to be mentioned and where my own name is to be mentioned. PAN card is issued in my own personal name. What is the procedure for the same. Please help guys. Quick reply is highly appreciated.
