Obiviously you want to register immediately and your articleship will start from the date you have register.

There will no much changes in Institute study material except DT and IDT.

Of course, you may register in CA-FINAL immediately but you will be able to appear in Final exams just after completing 2 years of articleship training.

ICAI giving regularly in their notification about amendments and that chaing's for that examination.Register and get regular information's about amendment's in rules from ICAI website to get update yourself against chang's in pattern also.
