Place of Supply
A purchaser from Gujarat comes to Mumbai and purchases goods from a Dealer in Mumbai. He takes the delivery and takes the goods to Gujarat on his own and declares his GST Number. What should he charge IGST, CGST ?

IGST should ne charges as Register dealer of other State.

yupp it's case of igst because a purchaser is register in other state no matter delivery taken by him at his place or from ur place
