I am registered in delhi I provided service construction of building ( a company registered in Gurgaon) what will be place of supply in this case IGST will be charge or sgstand cgst?

IGST will be charged as in case of immovable property the place of supply is where the immovable property situated..

I am registered in delhi and service providing related to immovable property then IGST will be charge?

As per section 12(3) IGST Act :
Yes if you are registered in Delhi & services being provided by you related to Immovable property at Gurgaon the IGST will charged
