i cleared my que.. suppose i am a finance company nd head officr in delhi and one branch in jaipur only for marketing and promoyion of buisness... and i have a bank account in delhi sanctin & disbursed the loan amount from delhi to jaipur... wahile the clients to whom loan is disbursed in jaipur and all the documents are in jaipur... so in this case what is the place of supply..? &, wheather charge CGST SGST OR IGST on loan processing fees?
