What is place of holding of Statutory meeting, whether it it at registered office of the company or at some other place within the city, town or village in which the registered office of company is situated or any where in world.
As per Ramaiah book, other than AGM can be held anywhere in world. kindly Add your valuable suggesion.
The restriction of place is applicable only in case of AGM.
So, Statutory meeting can be held anywhere in the world.
