yes u can do inspection of public documents at www.mca.gov.in for Rs.50. u can view documents for upto 3 hrs in a week.I don't know the entire procedure but u have to login with ur user name and password for inspection. pay fees either by net banking or credit card,i will tell u abt challan in a day or two.
