No of employees on 1/12/2019 is 19 and on 2/12/2019 1 employee has joined should the company take pf registration immediately or once 6 months term of that newly joined employee is completed should be taken.

Even that employee worked for a single day and limit of 20 employee is reached. I think we need to take PF registration
