Pf registration

Dear kumar yes, the company have to take a registration under PF. Also as per latest amendment I think the limit of 6500 is now 15000 in jan2014.( confirm it on google search). If company is not doing so then in future they have to face statutory obligations. Also auditor can question you on the same.
