if the company respective dept make any errors in the pf form. who has to rectify it.

and if the concerned dept put pressure on the employee to correct the problem. can employee take a legal action on the company.

what legal action u want to take in india....it will be a totally wastage of time and money .....the company. should be liable for All Employee benefits related compliances....one thing u can do...Request such officer
