I wanted to know if my company is having less than 20 employees, but is giving me a slary of 30000 per month, does it also need to comply to PF rules?? or does it even need to deduct my PF from my salary. it is regularly deducting tds from my salary.
If any other rule aplies to it, please quote the same.
Ill be greatly obliged if somebody can help me.
