Pf problem

I wanted to know if my company is having less than 20 employees, but is giving me a slary of 30000 per month, does it also need to comply to PF rules?? or does it even need to deduct my PF from my salary. it is regularly deducting tds from my salary. 

If any other rule aplies to it, please quote the same.

 

Ill be greatly obliged if somebody can help me.

As the employees are less than 20 and payment is more than Rs. 6500/- p.m. for every employee then PF is not applicable to company.

Thanks Dude for replying. But my Co. is having other employees which are drawing a salary of LESS than 6500, so what is the provision? As u wrote that

" payment is more than Rs. 6500/- p.m. for every employee"

 

if employee more then 20 but slaray more then RS 6500 then what ?

 

whether temporory employee covered under the PF ACT
