currently we have employed 19 employees in our software company.Do we need to get compulsorily registered under PF act or go for voluntary registration?Only 4 employees are having basic salary of less than Rs.15000. Can an Employer and Employee contribution be more 12% of 15000?(i.e.more than 1800)

You can opt for voluntary registration since the threshold for compulsory registration is 20 employees. Contributions can be made more than 12%.
