PF Allicability

EPF shoul deduct all employee which is covered in EPF. if new Employee appoint on above 6500 EPF not Applicable.

if old employee reachde above 6500 then Employee share wshoud be deduct and Employer share up to 6500 to be dedut and deposit to EPF.

ok..that means,

in case of old 'yee having salary rs 10,000.

yee's contriburtion 12% on 10000

and 'yer's contribution on only rs.6500

AND in case of new 'yee having salary rs. 10,000

not required to deduct from its salary and also 'yer is not required to contribute...

where from these fig of eligibility are given .pls  give the name of the act
