PERQUISITE - PLS HELP ME

if the comapny is paying fbt then no perq....if company is not paying fbt then only it is considiered as perq..

ya if employer pays FBT than it is exempt for employee...
 

HI  WE DON'T HAVE TO PAY TAX ON IT BECOZ IT IS SUBJECT TO FBT

if the employer is a person not liable to FBT (e.g. Individual etc.) then it will amount to perqusite in hands of employees.
