Please help me with personal profile for loan , I am working as visa consultant at my own since last 10 year and now i want to apply for home loan and i am bit confuse here how to make perfact business profile for the same. please help me or guide me (My work area is visa for student , visitor and file prosessing for PR, with that i make tour plan for my corporate clients).
Basically, the criteria fo home loans would be that you should have a better credit worthiness. Apart from this you shpuld also be filing your IT returns continuosly for last 3 years.
THe first point which they see from your profile is that you should have a better credit worthiness, so see that you project the resutls in a way that you get it (i am nt askin u to manipiulate it)
Next is that, the surites should also have a sound track record in every matters.
Apart from this see that you have suffiecent arrangements of cash since you would be paid only 70 - 80% of the value of the house.
