I am planning to start Tution center for Class 5 to 12 and professional job oriented cources in kolkata. I want to start in a formal way with company registration so looking for the applicable laws and Permissions required to open a tution center. Can any one please help me to find what permission i need to seek all legal compliance, muncipality, taxes etc.

No need to go for Company registration. Usually you will have to take permission of your State education board office situated in your city by filing an application, if you wish to open a coaching centre for class upto 12 standard. For job oriented course, open PM Kaushal Vikas Yojna training centre.
