Dear Sir,
I acknowledge with thanks the receipt of my “ PROVISIONAL “ Admit Card against my Roll No.215122 by registered post 26.11.2008 for the appearing of Common Proficiency Test held on Dec-2008. But I regret to inform you that I have not received CPT Registration No. at my end so far.
Further, I am enclosing herewith photo copy of Registration Fess Deposit Receipt No.18 deposited by hand on dt. 30.01.2008, & asked me to provide the CPT Registration No. by registered post at my mailing address.
Now I request you to kindly look into the above said matter & intervene personally, to send my CPT registration No. at my mailing address as early as possible so that I may appear the Common Proficiency Test- which will be conducted by the Board on dt.14.12.2008. I once again give bellow my mailing/postal address & e-mail –ramesh_lale @ yahoo.co.in
