Company incorporated 19/12/2013
My question whether First balance sheet period 1) 19.1.2013 to 31.03.2014, or 19.01.2013 to 31.03.2015
is 1st case ROC filling fees normal + 12 times penalty
2nd case only normal fees
please advice

It is assumed that correct date of incorporation is 19.1.2013 (and not 19.12.2013 as wrongly mentioned at one place) and year will end on 31st March. In that case first year can end either on 31.3.2013 or on 31.3.2014, but not on 31.3.2015.
