It means for ICAI, CA students increased by 31000 (approx)

Students getting CA Qualification > 458 +487 = 945 + 3000 (Assuming almost half of the students clearing one group and might be getting there CA Qualification based on there previous clearance of other group)

Students entering CA Profession > 35168

Net Increase in Students in one Attempt > 35168-3945 = 31223

In one attempt more than 31,000 students become part of the CA profession.

What is it Thumbs up or Thumbs down.????

Ofcourse i will say its a THUMBS up.. think profit point of view.....of ICAI....

Anyways so much data provided above.. by Bala sir.. Thanks fr that.. But i am a CA and not MBA to interprete it.... ITs not my job....

What i know is data may be anything.. its just how you performa and whats ur result.... ICAI dont give results on the basis of the past datas, making forecast and budget of the future years.....

Results are really down.. Even i m disappointed with it.. But we cant do anything... I will just say with Due respect.. Pls study everyone and dont read anything whatever is written anywhere...

YOUR EXPERIENCE IS THE BEST TEACHER... Keep Rocking...

Its horrible to know CA Final result only at 4%(approx) weighted average....whereas CPT 30% seems like institute is eager to get more CA students for filling their pockets with fees while filling the pockets of Practising CA's by not makin finalist pass.... very intelligent uttam ....I HATE U

I hope you have heard the Proverb:

K CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME. SO CA making profit from ICAI only.....

This is called real business.... even see the registration fees.. its almost like donation now....and than ICAI is building 2-3 crores of ICAI bhavan everywhere...

They have made around 3000 more CAs, without opening career path for existing CA, passed recently in 2-3 attempts. Many CAs working in MNCs are not having profile related to CA curriculum !!! Govt. should interfere in formation of ICAI's committees for betterment of CA profession.
