While going through different softwares for preparing and filing VAT returns I revealed that Tally.ERP 9 is the best. Thus I shifted my accounts to Tally. I would like to share that this software has the simplest process of preparing VAT returns without duplicating your data entry job.
The best part is apart from VAT, the software has, Excise, Service Tax, TDS, TCS and Payroll along with all statutory requirements.
My life is sorted.
Please let us have the New Format for MP VAT return.
Sorry, I do not know about the MP VAT Return formats. I am filing my returns in Haryana.
Animesh, have you tried getting the formats through Tally.ERP 9.

Is it possible to generate LP 3, LP 7, LP 8, LS 9 and LS 10 from Tally.ERP 9.
whether i have to do any changes in the existing entries...?
Yes, it is possible to generate LP-1 to LP-8 and LS-1 to LS-10 through Tally.ERP 9. The only thing you should understand it is that enable VAT in Tally and in the corresponding ledgers. Make purchase and sales entries through purchase and sales vouchers respectively and do not use journal vouchers.

Its easy to generate Haryana Annexures in Tally.ERP 9. One thing is we have to select proper VAT/Tax while passing the Sales and Purchase entries.
