Monthly pension is taxable, under head salary.

The rebate u/s. 89(1) can be claimed over the arrears.

Refer: get-help-with-salary-arrears

Sir normal pension we file in ITR 1 ?
and arrears we shows only in form 10 E

1. Yes..........

2. For arrears form 10E is to be uploaded separately........

OK sir . if I file form 10e will I get TDS refund which they deduct against arrears.

Yes, but that you are supposed to claim by filing ITR (in addition to form 10E)

ok sir thank u very much
If nothing in written has received for pension arrears, how we assess and file tax??

In that case self assessment of the salary receipts including arrears in current year (in the year of receipt)
