Pending under sec.17(6)

You are adviced to raise a ticket using such SRN. The problem and the possible outcome will briefed to you within 48 hours.

Under regulation 17(6) the Registrar can not keep any document pending for approval and regiatration or for taking on record or for rejection or otherwise for more than 120 days from the date of its filing excluding the cases where the approval of Central Government, Regional Director or Company Law Board or any competent authority is required.

Here the Registrar provide an opportunity to the company to rectify the incomplete or defective filing. If the company fails to rectify the same the within the time given by registrar, the form shall reject the same and not take on record.
