Sir i have entered the anount in 3B return but its different from gstr 1
so how can i pay the diffrence anount of tax payment.
is there any point to pay all pending gst in Gstr 9.
please reply and thank you for last suggestions.

GSTR 9 (Also Annual Returns) is only for reporting Forms. We can't pay any amount through GSTR 9.
You ll rectify Your mismatches and pay through GSTR 3B return.
