yes THERE WAS A REFUND APPLICATION ALREADY SUBMITTED. NOW THEY CALLED CLIENT TO BRING HARD COPY., AND PAN AADHAR AGAIN.. IS IT CORRECT? ALSO THEY REQUEST TO REVOKE THE REFUND REQUST DUE TO SMALL AMOUNT. WHEN I TRY ALSO THE SAME THERE IS NO WAY IN ONLINE.
same thing happened with me they told me to revoke the refund

you should not revoke the refund. the law doesn't prescribe any threshold limit to be eligible for refund. please check the proper reason , why they are asking to revoke. Check whether acknowledge have been generated or not. if yes, whether it is after checking by the officer or due to time limit given in the law. if they are asking to revoke, it means there is something wrong from there end.

I am also asking to the concerned officer to issue me rply by writing, now they replied " can collect your refund too by today... if you want".

Anyway you submit hard copy of request for gst refund to tax officer.
