Penalty imposin

Good Moring to every one. I have a small doubt regarding Penalty implication under MVAT Act 2002.

While going through the Form 603 issued under Section 64 of MVAT Act 2002, is there any legacy to impose Penalty by the Assessing Officer.

Please share us the case laws/Judgements from Tribunal / High Courts / Supreme Court to impose penalty under 64 of MVAT Act 2002.
