Does penalty under sec 125 attracts for not filling of returns within due date??

No ..It will not attract.

There is seperate penalty for late filing.Hence Section 125 has no role to plsy

No as late fee is leviable for non filing already, this section is for contravention of that provision for which no penalty was mentioned anywhere in Act
