Articleship is one thing... but keeping result low than IPCC and PCC is also a consern. Why we are not treated with same level. Keep same percentage for IPCC and PCC, or take our passing percentage to that extend.

Listen, which attempts are we talking about? I think it's quite clear we're referring to June 09 and Nov 09. In June 09, both grps pass rate was 0.25. For grp 1, it was around 3%. And Group 2 was 2% approx. In Nov 09, Group 1 was around 7, and group 2 was around 5. That's nowhere close to 10%. There may be difference between one group and both grp students, but try passing PCC Group 2 with 5% pass rate, my friend.
