PE II (Articleship Complted) to IPCC Conversion Detail

Hi

I had enroll for CA Course in  1999 completed articleship in june 2002, passed PE II 1st group in May 2006(A/c -48, Audit - 57, Bus. & Corp Law-53 Total 158), hence

Can any one please guide m in detail in regard to following query for IPCC Conversion

1. What are the step to follow for IPCC Conversion with Fee Structure and which will be my next attempt

2. Is Articleship is valid in IPCC Course

3. Is m i hvng 1st group exemption in IPCC exam and if yes then for how many attempts it will be eligible
