There is no need to explain ourselves to an undeserving soul.....who knows nothing about the scheme of things and yet wishes to indulge himself in an unwelcome manner..If such people are NOT LOOSERS then why such people associate themselves  with the "LOOSERS." I believe that nobody is requesting their presence in the forum.  If they have got anything better to do, they must please look after their job..

We only try our best, to try to convey our concern to the ICAI and  nobody can guarantee an outcome....
