hi.......I register PE 2 on July 2006, I has sent all my solved postal exam papers may 2007 but so far I has not received Eligibility certificate from ICAI, In this situation if I switch over to PCC what is the Procedure to fallow and I may eligible to write PCE on Nov 2008, or after 18 months articalship.
