A Private Limited Unlisted Company having paid up capital of Rs. 1.2 Crore, Trunover 12.19 Crore. But while going to file MGT-7, system is asking for Certification by Company Secretary.

Yes MGT7 has to bbe certified by PCS.
For small companies, PCS signature is not required.
For others it is mandatory.
I am also facing quite similar problem.While uploading e-form MGT-7 error is generated please enter valid membership number of cs. Though i have entered valid Membership number still i cant upload the form.
