u can get from institiute or ur nearest branch
fill in & submit the DD along with the requisite forms. and collect ur study mat frm ur Instt Branch....(how can some1 ask this???)

I F U DOING ANY COURSE FROM ANY RESPECTIVE INSTITUTE,U WILL BE PROVIDED STUDY MATERIAALS BY THAT PARTICULAR INSTITUTE. OK.
