Is the % to be increased by the institute. I mean last time % is 18-20. Isn't it?

Well, last time the pass % is just 13-14% for both groups i guess..... I think the institute has nothing to do with pass %. This time as Final results are good (close to 10% for both groups and 20%+ for single group), i guess PCC results might too be good...
But guys , institute's results are always unexpected..................
in my view, approx-15%....................
