Give your second group of PCC in November, 2012 as you have got exemption in one subject so it is easy to clear. Don't go for New Course as PCC November is last attempt and you are PCC student so your articleship is going on.

so why you wanted to convert into new ipcc course?
No
any exemption is available for pcc students as per new notification of direct entry of icai. Plz suggest.
