In case we are making a payment of Rs.30,000/- for Professional charges and Deducting TDS as usual, But the party do not want to deduct that TDS.
So is it possible that we can make that payment without deduction of TDS

ask the party to obtail NIL/Lower deduction u/s 197(1), and then TDS shall not be deductible..
