dear all,
i have a query...as per rule we can pay upto 35 thousand in cash to transporters,
but if the total transport cost is 40000/-(35000 beign paid on 1 day n balance the next day) then is it such that we either pay the full amount in cash or ful in cheque but both cash n cheque on a single transportation bill is not advisbe?
you can pay in two parts on diff dates in cash.
or single cheque.
IF THIS IS SINGLE BILL THAN TDS IS NECESSARY TO BE DEDUCTED IF PAN NOT QUOTED.
YOU CAN PAY CASH IN TWO DIFFERENT DAYS ALSO
