If some one take loan for purchasing house/construction of house/ repair of house, in which amount the assesee is liable to pay tax means in interest part or borrowed money & why?

dear
you don't have to paid any tax neither on loan amount nor on intrest value.
but you can calim the deduction of intrest as well as principal value in your ITR return.
