payment receipt not recieved

Same issue

Payment successfully made through net banking, and CIN generated, bank account debited. But even after 4 days, no update in our electronic cash ledger. Its still showing "awaiting confirmation from bank..."!

No resolution provided by GST helpdesk. With GSTR 3B filing last date fast approaching, we are just helpless and at the mercy of GSTN. With absolutely no clues as to when the status and the ledgers would be updated.

Mails to helpdesk are never acknowledged, and voice calls take forever to be answered. Waste of time and energy.

Is it really GSTN or BCTN- Bad and Complicated Tax Network ?

i have the same issue . waht should be done
