i have uploaded my itr 2 form and also e verify that
but i have to pay tax .how can i pay tax by challan

You committed a mistake.
You have to first pay tax alongwith challan details in Tax payment schedule then use calculate button then re-generate X M L and that X M L you are required to upload and eVerify.

Now you file revised return repeating the whole exercise and then upload & eVerify.

Click on proceed in Challan No./ITNS 280 then fill details accordingly for making tax payment & download challan after all these work.

and of course as mentioned by Mr. Kapadia Pravin, you have to revise your return and put challan details on it then you can e-verify.

but by that process only online mode of payment is available
i have to pay it by challan

in that only mode of payment is net banking/debit card
but i have to do it by challan

Please download pdf from given link, you can deposit cash as well as cheque in nearest branch of any bank.

You can pay online also
Go to your bank log in and there you will find a tab for eTax payment . Follow the process and pay it.
OR go to " tin-nsdl.com/services/oltas/e-pay"
and pay online.
