if I have done payment in wrong head under gst wat procedure i will have to follow ? shall department refund my amount ?

Hi you have to file RFD-01 and approach the concerned officer with all the details like payment challan, your bank cheque leaf etc., then he will issue RFD-06.Once it is given within some days you’ll receive the payment to your bank account directly

It better to adjust in future liability.or claim refund .

from now onwards no need to go 2 department for submission of documents for refund. you can do through online.
