While filing my GST3b the challan has been created and the amount also debited from my bank account , the web page get struck in the bank site itself and not brought back to GST portal after successful payment. Now my cash ledger is not showing empty. Trying to make a complaint in Grievance / Complaint section under GRIEVANCE AGAINST (GST PMT 07) which is also showing page error and not able to make the complaint. What to do? When my amount will reflect in the cash ledger? what can I do right now. Help me please..
