one of my client having a turnover of rupees 20 lakh per year but he does not have filed income tax return ever .
could please help to resolve the query because he have 1 lakh TDS to claim in last five years.

You can go for condonation application under section 119(2)(b) but chances of condoning delay is farfetched unless you have substantial cause which prevented you from filing ITR
